Did you know that where Pizzeria Gajbica is today, a few years ago there was a barn with cows and pigs? Due to local industrial developments, we had to give up farming. So, we opened the pizzeria that we have today. Now we have a family run business with twelve employees.
In front of the pizzeria, there is a large paved terrace and a small meadow with a children’s play area. This allows parents to have a quiet coffee whilst still be able to keep a close eye on their cheeky monkeys.

We opened Pizzeria Gajbica in August 2018 with two employees and a single student. Today there are twelve employees and five students working on site. We did not imagine that we would exceed all of our aspirations and stand amongst the best in our region / country. We stayed a family business and you can feel that in the friendly atmosphere. We are always striving to improve our offerings by buying quality fresh ingredients. We also grow our own in the vegetable gardens behind the house!
